• Minimum hire charge is one day rate.

• 24-hour day rate applies to weekdays only. Please discuss with staff to organise weekend hire.

• No pickup or returns on Sunday.

• Horse Float bookings are payment in advance, non refundable.

• The Hirer is responsible for return of hired equipment to 25 Emily St Seymour Vic 3660, during our business hours, cannot be left unattended after hours.

• The Hirer is responsible for cleaning of equipment before return.

• The Hirer is strictly liable for the loss of, or any damage, accidental or otherwise, to the Trailer, its equipment, accessories, load in or on the Trailer, and other people and road users, their property and possessions until the Trailer is returned to the us.  The loss the Hirer is liable for includes transport and administrative costs incurred in the recovery of the Trailer.

• The Hirer assumes all responsibility for any liability, including but not limited to public third-party liability, arising from the Trailer during the Hire Period.

• The Hirer is responsible for all traffic or parking offences as well as any toll charges incurred during the Hire Period and will pay any camera fines incurred during the Hire Period.

• There is no refund in the event that the Trailer is returned early.

•  In the event that the Trailer cannot be returned by the due return time the Hirer must advise us of a time of return & will incur hire charges of an additional day rate, per day until trailer is returned.

• Late returns not advised more than 24 hours after the scheduled return time will be considered as stolen Trailers and the Hirer will be liable to prosecution for theft and all charges associated with recovering the Trailer.
